AI for real estate — from the drawing to the buyer’s request

A flagship AI model reads your floor plan and builds a 3D presentation in about a minute, answers buyers from the building’s data and writes a listing in 20 seconds. It works only from your project’s data — and publishes nothing without you.

The AI assistant on a phone tells a buyer which two-room flat is the cheapest and on which floor

Six assistants

Drawing → 3D in a minute

A photo, a scan, a PDF or a DXF of a plan: the AI traces the block, the flats, the stairs and the rooms and reads the captions — flat areas, the number of floors, the street side. You check it — and have 3D of your very building. Drawing → 3D

An assistant for buyers

“The cheapest available two-room flat, and on which floor?” — the AI answers from the building’s data and shows the flat on the 3D model. In any language. When it doesn’t know, it leads to a request.

Search in words

“3 rooms from 100 m², windows to the south” — and the sales chart’s filter sets itself. The AI only reads the request; the page picks the flats from your sales chart.

A listing in 20 seconds

A title and copy for property portals, Instagram and your site — in up to nine languages, only from your project’s areas, prices, availability and place. Check it, copy it.

Construction progress from photos

Once a month, upload 3–10 photos from the site — the AI suggests a text and “looks like N storeys”. Nothing is written until you save it. On plans with a photo gallery.

A note for the manager

With the request — 3–4 lines: which flats the buyer opened, what they saved and what they asked the assistant. Only when the buyer ticked the box themselves.

Buyers see that the answers come from an AI model by a US provider, and a request not to write personal details. Phone numbers and e-mails are cut out of a search request before it reaches the model.

A building from a description

“A 9-storey block, penthouses, by the sea” — and the concept is ready in the 3D builder. Then the sliders, and publish. For an idea or an investor; your real building comes from its drawing.

How much AI comes with a plan

An action is reading a plan, writing a listing or drafting a progress update. Answers to buyers are counted separately and never use up actions.

PlanAI actionsAnswers to buyers
AI test drive · $5 for 7 days10100
House · $29 a month10 a month500 a month
Complex · $79 a month30 a month1,500 a month

Need more — buy a pack of actions in the cabinet. When the answers to buyers run out, the assistant suggests leaving a request, and a manager gets it.

Questions

What does the AI in Budvid do?

It reads a floor plan (a photo, a scan, a PDF or a DXF) and traces the block, the flats, the stairs and the rooms in about a minute; answers buyers on the presentation from the building’s data; writes a listing title and copy for portals, Instagram and your site in several languages; builds a concept building from a description; drafts a construction-progress update from site photos; and tells the manager in a few lines what the buyer looked at before the request — if the buyer agreed to that.

Can the AI make up a price or a flat?

The assistant answers only from your building’s data: prices, areas, floors, rooms, what is available and which way the windows face. It does not answer about schools, mortgages or completion dates — it suggests leaving a request for the sales team. Under every answer it says that prices and areas are approximate.

Who checks what the AI did?

You do. You check and correct the traced plan before publishing, read the listing before copying it, and a progress update is not saved until a person saves it. The AI suggests — the decision is yours.

What happens to buyers’ data?

Buyers see that the answers come from an AI model by a US provider, and a note not to write personal details. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are cut out of a search request before it reaches the model. What a buyer viewed goes with their request only when they tick a separate box.

How much AI comes with a plan?

An action is reading a plan, writing a listing or drafting a progress update. The House plan has 10 actions a month, Complex 30, Developer 100. Answers to buyers are counted separately: 500 a month on House, 1,500 on Complex, 4,000 on Developer. The AI test drive is 10 actions for $5 for 7 days. Need more — buy a pack of actions in the cabinet.

Can I try it without signing up?

Yes. The “Drawing → 3D” page has a sample plan the AI has already read — no sign-in, no payment. You can ask the buyer assistant in the complex demo.
