How we make 3D drafts of buildings

We publish a draft of a developer’s building only after checking it against open data: the building’s data sheet, the floor plans, the number of flats. If it doesn’t match, we don’t show it.
If there are no floor plans, we show only the building’s volume, without flats or prices, and label it that way.
Areas, views and calculations in a presentation are approximate. It is a sales presentation, not design documentation. Demo prices are always marked as demo.
A draft is private: only the developer sees it, by a link; it is not in search results, and it closes after a week.
