Privacy Policy
In brief
- When you leave an enquiry in a 3D presentation of a real estate property, we pass your name and phone number to the developer (seller) so that they can contact you about that property. For nothing else.
- We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone except that developer and the services they have chosen for receiving enquiries.
- You can ask for your data to be deleted — see “Your rights”.
Who is responsible for the data
The personal data controller is the developer or agent whose property the presentation shows: they determine why enquiries are collected, and they contact you.
The processor is sole proprietor (FOP) Oleksandr Ivanovych Kutsenko (Kyiv), the Budvid service (budvid.com): it technically receives the enquiry, stores it and passes it to the controller on the controller’s instructions. Contact: hello@budvid.com.
What data and why
- Name and phone number that you enter in the form — so that the developer can contact you.
- The property (apartment, house) from whose card the enquiry was sent, and the language of the page — so that the conversation is about the right property and in your language.
- Consent mark — which edition of the consent text you confirmed and when: so that the controller can prove that consent was given.
- Technical fingerprint — a hash (an irreversible transformation) of your IP address together with the project identifier, to limit spam. We do not store the IP address itself.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”), which you give by ticking the box in the form before sending.
Who we share it with
Only with the controller — the developer of that property — through the channels they have connected: their CRM system or a Telegram chat. The service’s infrastructure is Cloudflare (request processing and database storage).
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept for as long as the controller uses the service (if they do not renew their plan — until their cabinet is deleted: 30 or 90 days, see the public offer, clause 4.3) or until it is deleted at your request. Technical records of an enquiry’s delivery are deleted automatically after 30 days, spam-protection counters after 2 days.
Your rights
You can find out whether your data is being processed, obtain it, correct it, withdraw your consent and demand its deletion. Write to the developer to whom you sent the enquiry, or to us at hello@budvid.com — state the phone number with which you sent the enquiry. We will reply within 30 calendar days at the latest. Once the enquiry is deleted, the developer will no longer receive it from our service; copies they have already saved in their CRM are deleted by the developer.
Service customers: signing in to the cabinet
This section concerns developers and agents who use the Budvid cabinet. For this data, the controller is sole proprietor (FOP) Oleksandr Ivanovych Kutsenko.
- Sign-in via Telegram: Telegram passes us your identifier, name and username. We store the identifier and name to recognise you when you sign in and to show which account is linked, and also to send you reminders about your plan in Telegram (if you allowed the bot to message you). Your Telegram password never reaches us.
- Company name that you specified when creating the cabinet, and data on your plan and payments — to provide the service.
- The sign-in session lasts 30 days or until you sign out; API keys are stored only as a hash.
- Automatic tracing of drawings: the floor plan image you sent with the “Trace automatically” button is passed for recognition to an artificial intelligence model provider (USA), which processes it on our instructions and does not use it to train models; we do not store the image, only the fact of the tracing — for your plan’s limit. If the floor plan contains surnames or addresses, you can cover them before uploading.
The legal basis is the conclusion and performance of a contract with you (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). The data is kept for as long as the cabinet exists; you can unlink Telegram in the cabinet, and have the cabinet deleted by writing to hello@budvid.com.
Calculations on the pages
Prices, areas, and the mortgage, sunlight and foundation calculations in presentations and the builder are approximate and do not constitute a public offer.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the edition and the date at the top of the page. The consent you gave applies to the edition that was in effect at the time of the enquiry.
