If you don’t renew: presentations keep working and leads keep arriving, and the cabinet with its projects and leads is deleted — 30 days after signing up without paying or after a test drive ends, 90 days after a paid plan ends. We remind you in Telegram a week and a day before. Or switch to Hosting — ₴249 a month per object — and everything stays online until it sells.

More AI actions on top of a plan, in the cabinet: 10 actions for 199 ₴ (≈ 5 flats: a plan and a listing text each), 50 for 799 ₴, 200 for 2,490 ₴. They don’t expire at the end of the month.

Pay as suits you: by the day, week, month or year. The longer the period, the cheaper the day; a year costs 10 months.

A period already paid never changes in price. New prices apply only from the next payment, and we tell you at least 30 days ahead.

Need a feature for your project? If it helps other clients too and fits where Budvid is going, we’ll build it at no extra cost and make it available to everyone. If only you need it, we’ll build it for a separate fee: scope, timing and price agreed before work starts, paid by invoice. We don’t carry out financial operations: buyers’ payments, deposits and bookings stay outside Budvid.

Budvid is a 3D presentation tool: we don’t sell property or take payments for it — the seller is responsible for the property’s details, prices and the deal. Only the plan is paid through Budvid.
